“I have a New HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M281fdw printer. I have called Support at HP and have not gotten any results. I want to print Small business "Thank You" Cards and envelopes, I have been unable to do so. size that I want to print is 5 1/2"w x 4" H”

I am pretty sure you can set the envelope size in the software you are printing from (MS Word). Be sure the feed the envelope in the front before hitting print from your computer. It feeds in and then hit print.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Thank you for reaching out. Your printer has the ability to print custom sizes from 3" wide and 5" deep. You would need to tell the printer when you insert the paper what size you are using. You may need to feed through the priority tray instead of the main tray as well. Overall, contacting HP support is the best way to get step by step directions. Instead of calling I would look into doing Chat through support.HP.com
