Can I print 4x6 photos null

You cannot print good photos with a Laser printer. They have a limited color gamut (ink printers can mix the liquid dye ink for a wider array of colors). Also photo paper would leave a residue in the printer as it cannot handle the high heat used to fuse the wax toner to the paper.
