- Answer No, the HP OfficeJet 3830 cannot print on 13 x 19 inch paper. The largest size paper it can handle is legal size 8.5 x 14 inches.

- Answer I'M NOT SURE WHAT YOU MEAN BY A STRAIGHT PAPER PATH BUT WITH THIS PRINTER YOU LOAD THE PAPER BEHIND THE PRINTER AND IT COMES STRAIGHT OUT THE FRONT WHEN PRINTING IS COMPLETE. HOPE THIS WILL HELP YOU.

- Answer Yes, as long as both devices are on the same WiFi network and support wireless printing. I recommend downloading the HPSmart app to both devices.

- Answer You can plug it in but the easy as 1-2-3 installation might not be that easy. There is no disc so the software has to be downloaded in your PC.
