- Answer Yes, this model will print and scan to PDFs. If you are having an issue printing PDFs, try from a different device if you have one. There may be a setting on your device that is causing an issue.

- Answer The OfficeJet 3830 supports manual double-sided printing only. (Printing the first side then reinserting that sheet to print the second side). The OfficeJet 5255 has automatic duplex printing.
