  • QuestionWHY IS MY PRINTER PRINTING HALF OF THE PAGE?

    • Answer Have you changed the setting when you go to print click print preview and it should say landscape or portrait as well make sure you change the percent of how the page will be zoomed in making it large and only printing half or less of the information you need or zoomed out too much we're the print is hardly visible.

  • QuestionDoes this printer have two-sided printing?

    • Answer This printer has zero capabilities for double sided (aka duplex) printing. HP support will lie and tell you it does but then when you ask them how they tell you to print on one side then grab the paper and flip it over then stick it back in the machine. That's not duplex printing.
