• The ink probably dried out- see that many times. Try running the cleaning feature inside the maintenance section

• Are you making sure to always leave the power to the printer on so that it can perform maintenance on the cartridges to keep them from drying out? The cartridges for this printer are designed to last up to 3 months if they are not printer on very often. They could last far longer if the printer is left on and pages are printed sporadically. If you have HP Instant Ink I would reach out to their support to get new cartridges.
