it will not print, even tho the ink level is good. why? null

There could be a number of reasons why the printer is not printing. It could be network issues and things like that. Here is a link to troubleshoot your printer: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c04783165 Please look at page 68 of this document. I hope this helps.
