Doesn't have a number on it anywhere but I would guess it will hold at least 75 sheets of paper. For faxing, you pull up the keyboard on the LCD screen. I have not had a paper jam yet but I can tell you the paper tray is not removable as far as I can tell.

The fax number pad is displayed on the touchscreen once you choose the fax option from the printer's touch screen. If there are paper jams, you can open up the printer's top like you would when you have to replace the ink cartridges. There is a cover you take off to remove paper jams. An instruction manual is included with the printer with instructions on how to clear paper jams. The manuals are also available on the HP Support website. I hope this helps.
