A:Answerwhen you click print then it will ask print to and settings. This you can control single or double side printing, amount of copies, and what pages to print. Hope this helps

I recently purchased the printer that you have this question about. It works wonderfully, no problems so far, was fairly easy to set up. But the feature you are asking about is one that i have not had the instance to engage in. Now that this question has been asked i may try it to see if that is a feature that actually works. A:AnswerWe always recommend printing weekly to keep the ink flowing. HP ink cartridges are tested to serve for months without drying out. Keeping your printer turned on, or turning it off using the power button on the printer will do the best job of maintaining print quality with infrequent use.
