“Why does it reject other makers ink , not using your ink.. it says it contrerfit??”

• Thank you for the question. HP inks have security and more embedded in the chip on the cartridge. While you may be able to use remanufactured ink brands in the printer if they are compatible (910 or 910XL) cartridges that can be read by the printer, you must use HP inks if you subscribe to Instant Ink or have opted-in to the additional warranty that mandates the use of only HP ink cartridges. HP is not responsible for printing results or printer health in the event you choose non-genuine HP ink for your printer.
