“How durable is this printer? My last HP printer died 5 yrs to the day of purchase. It worked perfectly the day before it died... then I got a printhead error - purchased a new one, but it won't reset. If that's standard I want to avoid HP.”

No, it's not "standard" but without knowing more, it's impossible to tell you exactly what the issue is. The 8025 is designed for home office or small business use. Depending on how much printing you're actually going to do, it could be fine, or you might want to step up to a unit designed for more printing use.
