I have never had this problem, but have had this printer for only a few weeks. I don't fill the paper tray completely full, and I always "fan" the paper to eliminate any static.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Did the same with me. I originally adjusted the tray all the way in and the paper jams continued. I then adjusted the tray all the way out by depressing the little tab on the right side on the bottom of the tray. Placed the paper into the tray, and slid it into the machine, and the paper now feeds cup the two legs on the back of the tray. No jams so far ... hope this helps.
