• Thank you for asking. Yes, you can install and the OfficeJet Pro 8025e. However, you will not benefit from the HP+ services (Instant Ink and the additional warranty) that require a constant internet connection. A USB cable connection does not provide the required Internet access for HP Instant Ink.

• I found that the printer would not setup the USB without connecting to Wifi. In fact, it would not setup the USB until I installed an HP app on my laptop to setup the printer through Wifi.
