“One of the reviews said that you couldn't print unless you purchased a plan. Is this true?”

• I called Hp on that personally. The printing tech center. The explanation from them were clear and simple. Just make sure you call Hp directly. They have tech companies that charge service fees and work for Hp. Please, Call Hp.
