“How do I print from my mobile phone? I have an Android phone and I have downloaded the HP Smart App and the HP Print Service Plug in but can not get it to print. What am I doing wrong? This has been the most frustrating process. PLEASE HELP!”

• Make sure you are connected to the very same wifi for the printer and for your phone. That should work.
