“I can't scan from the printer to my MacBook Pro. HP technical support told me it's due to latest Apple operating system which doesn't support it. I called Apple support and they told me it's due to the HP software.”

It looks like there aren't currently any Mac drivers for OS12. However, that will change, so it's a temporary situation.
