is the ink cartridge refillable null

All Ink cartridges are refillable but HP has changed the chip so eventually the printer will think the cartridge is empty. Buck up and buy new ones, if you print a lot sign up for the cartridge program.

cartridge world can refill any all sort of ink, but, why? just get a good quality hp catridge really it doesn't save much money on refill quality ink thank my 2 pennies of though.
