• I don't have windows 10, but I don't see why it wouldn't. It might not work with the much older versions but it should work with the new IOS 10. i have Windows 7 and I have a MAC laptop and they both work great with it.

• Yes. I have a Toshiba laptop that is about 5 years old which I updated to Windows 10. The printer works fine.
