I Have found HP software is generally pretty bad. I find when I run into problems I completely delete it and re-install from their site. Everything works well until the next time. If you have a paper feed problem, an old trick I used was using painters alcohol on a sheet of paper and feed it, followed by a couple of sheets of plain bond. Also if you are using high quality paper that is really smooth you will find it causes the feed roller to loose its traction. Alcohol usually cleans the residue and resolves the problem.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.check to see if small piece of paper is stuck in feed. check from above, also could be stuck in cartridge line if nothing can be seen check bottom of computer . make sure paper tray slides smoothly in place
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine is doing the same thing and it's brand-new it takes more than one sheet at a time so it's wasting paper and then it will print on more than one sheet
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've found that some people like to hack the firmware up via WiFi direct in order to gain access to your PC without the risks associated with hacking over cable, landlines or other telecommunications lines that have enforceable laws if misused (wire fraud, cable act, etc). Try to download the latest firmware and update the devices firmware via thumb drive and, if that doesn't fix it, contact support or return/exchange it. If the firmware fixes the problem, you might want to immediately disable all WiFi on the device.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the same problem. Doesn't matter if Im feeding it one or ten pages, it randomly grabs papers side ways and tears corners. I also have problems trying to set up troubleshoot connectivity with my home computer.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes this happened on an older version...turned out there was some debris on the intake sensor.
