“I keep getting a message on my HP 901 5e that the print carriage cannot move and to open the cartridge access door to clear any obstruction or paper jam. I open it and there is nothing obstructing it but it’s not moving. Any ideas to get this working?”

Try removing and reinstalling the ink cartridges and se if that solves it

Sometimes they are small scraps and not full pages. HP Support has produced a how-to video that is very helpful, please review it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?reload=9&app=desktop&v=8oM8f3Ao5OE.
