The only answer is no, you can’t use non-hp cartridges, the firmware prevents printing. I have officepro 9015 & even preventing hp from gathering personal information on how you use the printer disables use of the printer.

Other inks will likely not have the proper viscosity, nozzle configuration, or ink "recipe", and it could affect the quality of your output. Use of these inks will likely void the HP warranty, especially the free second-year warranty offered with HP+ that stipulates that you must use only genuine HP ink for the life of the printer.
