I have the same problem. I know my wifi connection can be spotty, but I do have to reconnect it almost every day. The tech says it's the wifi connection problem only. Short Answer; keep reconnecting it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have had a printer nightmare the past few months. When I could not set up the first one I called a local computer repairman. After an hour he said it's a bad unit, return it. Second unit ALSO bad out of the box. Third one working now after some headaches. My advice is bite the bullet, call a good computer repair outfit. Sorry I can't help further. I will say now that mine is working well I love it. Much easier to perform various print functions than any other printer I have owned.
