• As far as I can tell enlarge or reduce font has to be done on your computer. I haven't seen that function on the printer screen.

• Thank you for the question. It is a manual function, not automatic. For copies, you can reduce and enlarge copy output within a range of 25 to 400%. For printing, you would set your reduction or enlargement of the document you're printing under the file>print menu.
