We have only had the updated version a short while and have been completely satisfied with the quality of the product to-date. The 9015 we had earlier successfully met the criteria: we lived overseas but each time we came back, it successfully picked up from when we had used it previously (months earlier)...

Please try again later.The honest answer is probably not, but if you want to maximize your chances, make sure when you're not using the printer you either shut it off with the printer's power button or let it go into sleep mode. Both of those will cap the print heads so they're not exposed to air. Your best option is to print a single full color page every couple of weeks (the built-in ability to print a printer status page is the easiest way to do that).
