Hi Sonny, thank you for the question. Yes, the OfficeJet Pro 9025e features two-sided scanning in one pass through the automatic document feeder. For items that may not feed smoothly (smaller items such as ID cards or "stiff" originals), it might be better to manually scan each side from the glass. You would make you scan choices from the touch screen or from your computer using the desktop scan software.

Please try again later.So to clarify the answer I received...For making copies of the front and back of a personal check on to ONE side of a sheet of paper. can the copier only on the 9025e be used to scan the check (twice as you said--once for the front, once for the back) and the copier alone makes the final printout or would one have to use a computer with it? If just the copier, is it done with the "collate" function or which? Also, there was no mention of the ID copy feature (if the 9025 has it?) and how large an item to be copied could be for it to be used? Thank you.
