“Does the hp printer require an internet connection or does wireless mean no need for internet hookup?”

• Hello. Thanks for your question. If you plan to try the HP Instant Ink trial that comes with this HP Officejet Pro 9025e printer, this printer does need an internet connection. If you don't plan to try HP Instant Ink, you can set up this printer with the USB A to B 2.0 cable.

• You do not need to have an internet connection since this printer does work over Bluetooth, however, it would be good to have internet so the printer can receive firmware updates. I know Comcast has Internet Essentials which is a very good and cheep way to get connected.
