Paper jams with 24lb paper? null

I never use 24 lb paper because of jamming

Hi, thank you for the question. 24 lb paper is supported and should not jam. Media weight supported by the OfficeJet Pro 9025e include 16 to 28 lb (plain paper); 60 to 75 lb (photo); 20 to 24 lb (envelope); 90 to 110 lb (card).
