• Yes, it has an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti which is a supported GPU for NVIDIA's Optimus Technology.

• But to be correct - my 2019 Omen with 1660ti did NOT have Optimus enabled. It always depends on the manufacturer to support/enable it in the notebook hardware. But yes, in this 2020 model, Optimus is enabled - See reviews from Bob Of All Trades on Youtube, he indicates around 5 hours on battery, which is good.
