To limit battery charge on HP laptops, you can usually access settings within the BIOS/UEFI or through HP's software utilities like HP Command Center. The most common method is to use the "Battery Health Manager" feature, which often allows you to limit the maximum charge level to 80%.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm asking about stopping the battery charge before going full. For example: I want to stop at 85% , so when they get it , the charge stop and limit the electricity to how much the laptop need. That because I buy it for gaming, so if I let it going full everytime and play games ( plugged in) , the battery will be death after 3 or 4 months. Also they will discharge in less than 1 hour. So, can anyone help me to solve this issue and find how to control the battery charge?
