• Based on the maintenance and service guide https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/omen-16.1-inch-gaming-laptop-pc-16-b0000/2100371510/manuals, it looks like it depends on keyboard configuration. I would assume that since this particular model shows the numpad keyboard that it is included for the one Best Buy is selling.

• No sadly, it doesn't have a number pad. still worth it from the specs and 144hz
