I don't see any sense on this since the motherboard it's decent for the job. You can upgrade like I did using a RTX 4060 without any issues or gaps. No PSU substitution required, the CoolerMaster holds the new GPU easily.

As an alternative, you can purchase a new HP Omen from the 45L line that has 3060 or higher card and a higher-wattage power supply. HP's warranty does not cover parts that were not factory-installed.
