• It's possible but not viable. You can swap for mostly any Inter 13th gen (FCLGA1700). Ryzen it's not possible.

• Yes, it's possible, In fact, any of the 13th Gen Intel processors will work. You can't upgrade with a Ryzen processor on the motherboard that is in the computer. The "pin outs" for the Intel and Ryzen processors aren't the same.
