The Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060 Ti and the Intel Core i7-4700F processor inside the HP OMEN - 25L Gaming Desktop Model: GT15-2194 are not welded and can be upgraded or exchanged out. While you can upgrade these parts on your own, we recommend upgrades be performed by your local Best Buy's Geek Squad to avoid complications with the installation process.
