Of course you can, although I don't know why you would swap out the Ryzen 7 5800X, it's already a beast of a CPU. It only makes sense if you're upgrading your GPU. The SSD though, you can definitely swap it out for something better or bigger, but if you want more storage only, I would go for a SATA HDD or SSD.
