When trouble shooting always restart the device. See if there are any updates to the fan software and last course of action reinsall the fan software. If still no solution call Geek Sqaud

Make sure you have downloaded the latest version of the Omen Gaming Hub. Open the OMEN Gaming Hub. Navigate to the "Performance" tab. Here, you can select different performance modes, such as "Default," "Comfort," or "Performance," which adjusts fan behavior accordingly. For manual fan speed adjustment, go to the "Performance" section, look for manual fan control options. Adjust the fan speed slider to your preferred setting. If this does not resolve the issue, please reach out to HP Support.
