Each slot can support up to 32 GB, allowing for flexible memory upgrades. If you were to buy 2 more 8 GB RAM sticks, you can put them in the other two slots. Alternatively, you could upgrade with 2 sticks of 32 GB RAM, placing them in the first two slots, and move the existing 8 GB sticks to the other two slots.
