EVERY Windows computer has that capability. Without going into details on how to use it: 1.It's called "Voice Typing." You activate it by using the shortcut "Windows Key + H", or searching the term in Programs/Apps. It will type what you say in Word, a browser, or email. You must be online at all times to use it. 2.If you are offline, you can also use Voice Access (Win11 only), which also allows you to control the computer (no mouse or keypad necessary), but you must be online the first time to download the local language model. More control, but a bit slower for actual dictation, and provides privacy if you are dictating sensitive information. Also, you have to be in a quiet room, since it will pick up transient noises in the area (a classroom, other people speaking in the room, podcasts or music you might like to listen to while working, etc.). And be sure to put it to sleep when not in use; otherwise, like an Echo, it will listen continuously.
