Hi Sam, thank you for asking. This model is the 27-d0244 Touch screen All-in-One desktop. It is presented with Windows 11, and the 27-d0014 is presented with Windows 10, however, it can be updated to Windows 11. The 27-d0244 has a 1TB SSD, and the 27-d0014 has 512GB. The 27-d0244 is Twinkle Black and the 27-d0014 is Sparkling Black. All other specifications are equal.
