Hi Jon, thank you for the question. Memory is upgraded by disassembling the PC, removing the existing RAM stick(s) from the slot, installing new RAM, and reassembling the PC. These are very simplified instructions, and you can complete them as a DIY project or enlist the aid of a professional technician (Geek Squad). This 27-d0244 has two slots, one of them occupied by 16GB. The RAM can be increased up to 32GB.
