Thank you for the question. The operating system on the Pavilion 11m-ap0023dx is Windows 10 in S mode. In S mode (most secure), you can download applications only from the Microsoft Store and only using the Edge browser. If Google Classroom and Zoom are not featured in the Microsoft Store, you could convert the system to Windows 10 Home (free, simple, not reversible). That would allow you to download from Zoom and Google directly, using any browser. If you choose to convert the system, we recommend making sure virus protection is enabled.
