- Answer You’ll have to be more specific. Steam has a broad range of games that differ on the graphical requirements. If you are looking for a computer to play games, you may need a better performing computer. This is more for office work (check emails, browsing, etc)

QuestionI have tried to switch out of S mode and cannot figure it out. It keeps asking for a product Key. Where do I find the product key, since it was built in when I bought it. I have tried several online searches and nothing works.

- Answer You tube can show you. But remember, when you go out of s mode- there is no going back.

QuestionWhat is the battery life?

- Answer I haven't figured out how to show how much battery time is remaining yet but there are 4 battery life settings (ranging from best battery life to best performance) and I assume it will last all day with having it on the best battery life setting. Mine has needed to be charged once since I've gotten it 3 days ago and it was at 36% when I charged it, it takes roughly an hour an a half for a full charge too, and after being on it for roughly 2 or more hours since it was at 86% on the second battery setting its now at 78% and I have been streaming music and browsing the web

- Answer This computer, like most, does not include Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) but you can add it and run it on this model without issue.

- Answer It would be a great model for a student as long as they don't store too many files on the laptop. It only has a 128GB drive, which is an upgrade from the 32GB junk they used to peddle a few years back (HP Stream models), but it's still fairly small. Eventually Windows can grow up to 90GB in size, leaving you only 20GB or so for your data.

- Answer Yes, you can upgrade to any capacity as long as it's the correct form factor. It will not slow the computer but you will need to migrate the OS.
