“In comparing laptops I noticed in the description that it has a built in windows ink. This laptop does not. I would like to use this for school for taking notes marking things, etc. does this not have the full capabilities as the ones tha has it built in”

• It does have Windows Ink. If you wish to use a pen you can purchase one separately, but it's not required to make use of the Windows Ink software.

• It has the windows ink software, but it does not come with the stylus. You'd have to buy that separately.
