• This computer comes with Windows 10 Home. You can expand the memory but it requires quite a bit of disassembly. For the return policy I recommend reaching out to the Best Buy Customer Service team.

• I think it has Win 10 home, upgradable to Professional. The memory is expandable. To increase size of SSD you have to replace it, but it can be done. I don't know about restocking, I think it's free returns till January.
