Yes! In fact I was doing a zoom meeting on the laptop screen, had an external screen hooked up where I was doing IT work during the meeting and it performed beautifully.
No, it crashes frequently when using zoom meeting. The screen went black in the middle of a zoom call,. All opened programs froze during a zoom call, touch screen and touch pad didn’t respond, so you’re forced to shut down and then restart. Also get ghost shadow of words and image on display screen while using zoom call. All in all, this laptop doesn’t work for zoom meeting. The laptop had been sent back to HP for repair; however, problems persist, including the loud fan noise, not to mention that it took almost 2 months to get my laptop back,when they told me only would take 2 weeks to receive my laptop back. They just couldn’t resolve the issues. I would like to receive a new replacement device or a full refund. It’s frustrated using this laptop. The problems occurred 3 months after the purchase!
