“I just bought this laptop yesterday that is suposed to have a lighted keyboard as the sample that I saw at the store but this one doesn't have any light. I tried the F5 key as someone said in the Q&A's but it didn't work. Did I get a defective one?”

• Thank you for the answer but I just needed to know how to get the keys to light up. After all I kept looking and I found that the key F11 actually has a little keyboard painted on and is the key to control the light on the key board not F5 as someone said in the Q&A and made me to think that the computer was defective.

• This model is supposed to have a backlit keyboard. I would return it to the store if the keys are not lighting up.
