I have the same issue. I even did what they said by putting https:. And it still doesn't work. I bought this for my business and I've been at it for two days and can not get it connected. Im about to return the darn thing if I can't get it connected. I dont have time for it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There are two types of connections to websites: an insecure one, which uses "http:" at the beginning of the website and a secure one that uses "https:" at the beginning. Most likely you're pointing to the http version. Try changing the start of the address to "https:" and see if that corrects the problem.
