“I bought this laptop. But when I opened Microsoft Word it asks for product key. I created an account but it shows I have only 5 days pass to use word. Doesn't this laptop come with free Microsoft apps access? if so how can I access Microsoft Apps?”

When you bought the laptop you should’ve received a separate email with the full Microsoft office suite product key code.

To redeem a Microsoft 365 trial on a Spectre laptop, open any Microsoft Office application like Word or Excel, sign in with your Microsoft account (or create one if you don't have one), and follow the prompts to start your free trial when prompted to activate; you should see an option to "Start your free trial" during the sign-in process.
