- Answer Yes just purchased and both OLED and non-OLED come with the pens. The description in BB is wrong. The OLED comes with a 1Tb (1000Gb) NVME SSD drive

QuestionDoes this model have xe or an Arc A370 graphics? The on-line description says A370 but some store descriptions list it with Intel xe.

- Answer It is possible to have burn-in on OLED screens, but as long as you don't have the screen on a static image for long periods of time (like multiple days) it shouldn't be a problem.

QuestionWhy do you put a microSD card reader in a 16" laptop? It's useless because all my devices use full-size SD cards. With a full-size card reader, I can use both SD and microSD cards with an adapter easily but not the other way around. I hope HP is listening

QuestionHow does the battery life generally rate, especially compared to the other lower res model of screen offered?

- Answer my experience is that the battery has never shown a 10-12 hr. charge. if your looking to an all day battery--maybe look elsewhere & try to verify the charge it will take. i read all the usual mag evaluations when looking at laptops to buy, they all mention 10-12 hr. battery for this laptop.

- Answer It looks like the 16-f2013dx is the closest match that has upgradeable RAM.
