YES! it's the SAME one! There is only 1 Spectre model that is 16" Touchscreen. This is it. And yes, if you order it now - it won't ship until Mid-January. This isn't HP's fault. It's the Pandemic-Supply-Chain, high-Chip demand problem we've been having for over a year now. @LoneWolf I hope you get it. I have a 2018 Spectre 15.6" touchscreen. it is such a NICE laptop. Highly recommend it! Going for my second Spectre!
