If you have any concerns regarding your unit, you should contact HP Support or Geek Squad as soon as possible. The more quickly they are contacted, the more likely they can find out the initial cause of the issue and be able to fix it. Battery life can vary depending on the sort of applications you are running, but mixed usage under testing has been 9 hours and 15 minutes.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Same. Honestly, I've had nothing but issues with this laptop as I got it purely because I needed a long battery life as I teach remote and I can't be without being plugged by the 3 hour mark. It does not last the advertised 9 hours.
